In the event of violations against the GDPR, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You have the right to have data which we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically delivered to yourself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.

SSL OR TLS ENCRYPTION

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in your browser’s address line when it changes from “http://” to “https://” and the lock icon is displayed in your browser’s address bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

INFORMATION, BLOCKING, DELETION

You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time about this; we can be reached at the address listed on our website’s Imprint. The right to limit processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of the personal information we have stored about you, we generally need time to check this. For the duration of this check, you have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data.
  • If your personal information was or is processed unlawfully, you may request a limitation on processing, rather than the deletion of your personal information.
  • If we no longer need your personal information, but you need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, you have the right to request a limitation on processing, rather than the deletion of your personal information.
  • If you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be made between your interests and ours. As long as it is not clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data may only be processed – apart from being stored – with your consent or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or on grounds of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.
